Note: Today’s post contains affiliate links. Thank you for supporting the brands that support Something Good.

Giving Tuesday is a day that isn’t actually that old. It was actually created a few years back by nonprofits as a way to give some of your money to nonprofit organizations after all that shopping. I love that this year, a number of stores have jumped on the band wagon as well. I’ve gotten so many emails this morning about all of the ways to give back on Giving Tuesday through your favorite stores! I’d be remiss if I didn’t share them here, so here we go!

A Few Ways To Give Back on Giving Tuesday

anthropologie

Anthropologie is partnering with Project Night Night to provide at least 1,400 children with a blanket, book & stuffed animal. They’re inviting customers to join them by making a donations of $25 at registers in stores. A single donation of $25 will provide one more child with their very own Project Night Night care package.

Out of Print

Today only, each purchase donates two books to communities in need, plus 30% off your purchase.

Penguin Random House

From today through December 4th 2018, for every book purchased on PRH’s site, they’ll donate $1 to global literacy organization Worldreader. Plus, use code CYBER18 for 20% off your order and free shipping.

Third Love

For every bra purchased 11/20 through 11/27, ThirdLove will donate a bra to a victim of the California wildfires.

Uncommon Goods

They’re doubling their donation to your Better to Give partner of choice. (They typically do a $1 donation with every purchase.)

Violet and Brooks

Violet and Brooks is donating 5% of their net profits from every sale to The Covenant House. On Giving Tuesday, their goal is to send an additional $1,000.
If you’re looking for a great gift, I highly recommend their Addison Earring Gift Quint!
