It’s funny, I was all ready with this post on my thoughts about how 20-somethings keep being told to spend all of their money on travel…but I’m currently curled up in a hotel bed and all I can think about right now is how much I love hotels.

I love the big comfortable beds, having tv in your room, and how everything just seems so much better when you’re in a nice hotel.
I love my apartment (like, I love it a lot), but there’s something so nice about the temporary little change that comes with staying in a hotel.
Lucky for me, I’m going to be staying at a hotel this entire week for a conference and while I know that I’m going to be running around like crazy for a week, it’s a little easier to do knowing that there’s a nice big bed to come back to.
I guess my little hotel detour there means we’ll discuss my thoughts on traveling another time. For now though, I’d highly recommend giving yourself a little staycation in the closest hotel to you.
In the meantime, I’m going to enjoy my short week in a hotel for now and look forward to getting back to my apartment soon.
