I know I’ve done the themed guides, but I decided that I also needed to make a guide filled with the things I love and use every day. I’m going to try to make it as comprehensive as possible, but we’ll see how that goes.
The Gift Guide Filled With Things I Love!
Clothing
Everlane Cashmere Sweater
I’ve been a fan of the Everlane Cashmere Crew since the day it came out. It’s so soft and comfortable. Now, the price has gone up in the last year due to, well, prices going up everywhere. But today, it’s marked down to $87, so it’s the perfect time to pick one up.
Everlane Court Sneaker
These sneakers are great. They’re so comfortable and actually kind of cute. I wear them for running errands, walking the dog, basically life.
J.Crew Cashmere Cable-Knit Sweater
I bought this sweater on an impulse and it was one of my best impulse buys this year. It’s classy and all you have to do is put it on to look pulled together. In case you’re curious, it’s SO SOFT too.
Lake Pajamas
I think this may be the third post where I talked about Lake Pajamas, but it’s for a good reason! They’re a bit expensive, so I try to only buy them when they go on sale (like today when they’re 25% off!). But trust me, you won’t regret buying them.
Madewell Skinny Jeans
Madewell is definitely one of my favorite places to buy jeans. They’re so comfortable and it’s so easy to find the perfect fit. My favorite are their skinny jeans, but I also have tried the cropped stovepipe and loved them.
J.Crew Perfect-Fit Long-sleeve Crewneck T-Shirt
The second it gets cold, I love to start wearing long sleeve shirts. The ones from J.Crew are actually perfect. They’re thick, not see-through, and come in every color you can dream of.
Everlane Day Glove
These flats are perfect. And you know I mean it because I have them in so many colors. They mold to your foot and they’re so comfortable to walk in. I recommend them to basically everyone.
No-Show Socks
Yes, we’re talking about socks. I LOVE socks! These socks are the perfect no-show socks. They’re thick and comfortable and actually don’t slide down your heel. I’ve purchased two packs and they’re a great purchase. PS Below are a few more socks that I love, because you can’t have enough socks.
Everyday Life
Obe Fitness
I shared this yesterday, but I have to share the workout app that I use, Obe, again for my list of favorite things. It has every type of workout class you can think of and classes that can be 5 minutes or 60. My favorite classes are sculpt and yoga, but I’ve also trying their strength classes as well.
Mr. Coffee Mug Warmer
I tried upgrading away from my Mr. Coffee Mug warmer a few years ago and it was a complete fail. Luckily, I didn’t throw out my Mr. Coffee and THANK GOD. I went back to it immediately and I still use it every day.
Boulangerie Jar Candle By Illume
I smelled this candle at Anthropolgie a year ago and just fell in love. So much so, that I’ve now reordered it (and other flavors) multiple times. The sweet vanilla cinnamon smelled SO GOOD. The angel food cake one is also great, but this vanilla cinnamon is amazing.
Electronics
Electric Lighter
This lighter is like leveling up your candle life. It has a flexible top so you don’t have to worry about shoving your whole hand into the glass to light the candle and risking burning your hand. Also, all you have to do is charge it to make sure it keeps working. It’s almost too easy.
Neck Reading Light
This is so simple, but I use it all the time. It’s designed to be for reading, but I use it for needlepoint and it’s the best hack for when I need better light.
Kindle Paperwhite
My love for my Kindle Paperwhite knows no bounds. I love how there’s no blue light, but they have a built in backlight so you can read at night, without straining your eyes. I’ve filled mine up with books, so it’s perfect for bringing it everywhere I go.
Kitchen and Food
15 Oz Mugs
You’re not living if you’re not using 15 oz mugs. Yes, I said it. We’ve all be duped into using the standard 12 oz mug, when the larger ones were just waiting out there for us to enjoy. I typically buy mine off of etsy (since you can get fun designs), but trust me, they’re hiding everywhere. And yes, that extra 3 oz’s of water make all of the different.
Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter Squeeze Packs
Guys, if you love peanut butter, you need to get these squeeze pack. It’s the best way to get your peanut butter in without going overboard. I probably have one every day with my lunch and it’s also a great way to get protein in.
COSORI Electric Kettle Gooseneck
As a tea lover, I tend to have tea everyday, which means I’m also heating water every day. This kettle makes warming water and pouring it an absolute breeze. It also has temperature controls at the bottom based on what type of tea you’re heating up! (Also, yes, it has a stay warm option as well.)
Home Goods
Goodpick Cotton Rope Basket
These baskets are advertised for being for baby’s rooms, but whatever. They’re a cute way to keep all of your things together. I use them for storing my many blankets and I have one where I store my workout things!
Sofa Side Table with USB Ports and Outlets
This side table is genius. I tend to sit on the side of the couch furthest away from the outlets, which sucks when your phone is dying. But this table solves that problem! It has two USB ports and two outlets inside the table, so you can charge everything and keep the ugly cords hidden.
Best Friends by Sheri Donut Bed
If you have a dog, you need this bed for them. My dog loves cuddling up in this bed and it’s the perfect size for her (even when she stretches ALL THEY WAY out). But the best part is that it’s machine washable.
Anthropologie Sophie Faux Fur Throw Blanket
Yes, there are two blankets on this list, that’s how much I love my blankets. This is another household favorite and I picked one up for my mom’s birthday, since she kept threatening to steal mine!
Anker PowerCore Portable Charger
This is one of the best portable chargers I’ve ever used. It charges your phone super quickly and it recharges itself super quickly. It’s also not clunky, so it’s easy to throw in my bag.
Chappywrap Blanket
A year or two ago, I was talking about how I was interested in trying Chappywrap. Now, I have (at least) two in every room. These blankets are the best (and my dog agrees too). You can find every color or pattern you could possibly want and today they’re 20% off!
