One of the dresses I had been waiting for for a while finally went on sale at Ann Taylor, but of course I had to add a few things to my cart to get free shipping!
This wasn’t the dress that I had been waiting for, but it was a style that’s been on my wishlist forever. It was marked down a little bit, so I decided to add it to try on. The fit was perfect and I loved the lining of the dress. I decided to keep it, but I’m hoping that it gets marked down this weekend.
Verdict: Keep (and wait for a mark down)
This was the dress I was waiting for and I was pretty disappointed in it. The fabric was a much lower quality than I was expecting for the price (just basic cotton). Additionally, the dress ran smaller than Ann Taylor’s general sizing. The chest’s cut was much too small and it was difficult to get it on, to be honest.
Verdict: Return
The cut of this dress is perfect and it fit to a tee. Plus the fabric was so soft and comfortable. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the neckline cut though, it just wasn’t my style.
Verdict: Return
Sigh, I loved this dress and the cut of it, but unfortunately the bust was too tight. I debated going a size up, but I have a feeling that it’ll be too big. However, I highly recommend trying this dress on because I still love it and I hope someone can find a home for it.
Verdict: Return
Everlane is killing it right now. I loved this top when I saw it online and I couldn’t wait to try it on. Annoyingly, this top fit perfectly everywhere except for the arms.
Verdict: Return
Yes, yes, and yes. This dress fit perfectly and the fabric weight was also perfect. Plus, look at the price. Once again, Everlane wins.
Verdict: Keep
