One of my favorite things about living in DC is that since most people are from somewhere else, everyone has hometown pride (especially those people who are actually from DC). I’ve always loved Wisconsin, but I swear my love for it has magnified 10 times since moving here.

But if it’s not football season or we’re not talking about cheese, I don’t always get to show that love. That’s why I was so excited to come across The Home T.

Even better than that, The Home T donates a minimum of 10% of profits to multiple sclerosis research. MS is a disease that hits close to home for me. A close family friend was diagnosed with MS disease when I was growing up. To help support his cause, my family participated in the MS Walk every year and helped fund raise money for research.

The Home T makes yearly donations to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and has their donation specifically earmarked for research. In fact, in 2013, the Society honored The Home T with their Cause Marketing Partner of the Year award.
