So what did you guys think of Monday’s announcement? Are going to attempt the No Shopping Month? (If you have no idea what I’m talking about, go check out Monday’s post.)

After you’re done catching up on Monday’s post, let’s talk a about this outfit. This is actually an outfit that I shot back in August, but I didn’t get the chance to share it earlier. Time just slipped by too quickly. I wanted to share it now though so I could talk about my latest (and on going) shopping love): sneakers. Especially pink sneakers.

Yes, sneakers.

See, I always want to love sneakers. They would be in my regular rotation if not for one thing. If they aren’t currently “in trend” then the ones coming out aren’t attractive.

I think I’m getting ahead of myself though.

I want to clarify first: I’m not talking about workout shoes. I have a pair of those. I don’t care as much what they look like, I just want them to work well. They do and when I got a second pair, I went with a basic black that also worked well.

What I’m talking about right now is fun sneakers.

Sneakers for when you know you’re going to be walking around a lot, but you’d still like to look cute. Sneakers with a fun print that aren’t for going for a run. Sneakers like my pink sneakers.

Get it?

Lucky for me, they’re having a moment right now. This summer (and into the fall), everyone has been putting out fun sneakers and I’ve been snatching up as many pairs as I can. It’s nice to have a few more colorful pairs join my white Converse and who can object to a little extra comfort?

Definitely not me.

Are you on board with adding more sneakers to your wardrobe? Are you against it?
