If anything, this post is proof that I’m human and I have slip up months too. This was a month of a lot of stress and a lot of turning to retail therapy (and return therapy, don’t get me wrong).
It’s kind of funny though, because my version of retail therapy doesn’t mean just buying whatever is in sight. It just means buying the item from my wishlist when I’m in need of retail therapy and see it’s hit a good price point.
Yeah, even in my retail therapy I’m weird.
So everything on this slip up month are still all things that I’m going to wear. It’s also made me take another look at my closet. I’ve started pulling out things from last winter that I’m not going to wear this year (keep an eye on my poshmark). Hopefully this will make some room for the things coming in. I’m also taking some time to seriously organize it so everything is on display and I have a clear picture of what’s there. It’ll also make me feel less like my closet is attacking me when I go in.
