Does anyone else hate breaking in shoes? It’s seriously the worst thing ever to buy a brand new pair of shoes, get super excited to wear them, and then an hour in you’re limping everywhere. Honestly, I carry back up bandaids in my bag for exactly when this happens.
Needless to say, it seriously impedes my daily adventures when I start limping everywhere. Whether it’s going to run errands or heading to the office, spending the entire time thinking how much your shoes hurt isn’t ideal. That’s why these flats from Rockport are ideal.

Today’s look is all about the work outfit. I work an office job so I’m sitting for a bulk of the day, but because I have a fifteen minute walk from the metro to my office, comfort is always key for my shoes.
This skirt is a favorite from last fall that I’m determined to move back into a daily rotation now that it’s getting sunnier outside!
