After all of my mentions of J.Crew in the last month, is it a surprise to anyone that I’ve placed like three orders? The J.Crew Spring 2021 arrivals are so good, I just had to try some on. Which means that it’s time for a shopping review (I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve done one).

J.Crew Spring 2021 Arrivals

J.Crew Vintage Crewneck Pullover, Natural, XS

Whenever spring comes around, I like to pull out my crewnecks. They’re such good spring layering pieces and sometimes I feel like I can’t get enough of them. This one is made out of a super comfortable terrycloth material and I can’t get enough of it. I love that the color is natural instead of white because it gives it a more relaxed vibe. It’s also true to size and loose fitted.

Verdict: Keeping it!

J.Crew Fisherman Crewneck Sweater, Ivory Navy, XS

Since I’ve been working from home, I’ve been wearing sweaters pretty much for the past year. This cable-knit crew is warm and well fitted, exactly what you would expect. Now, the sweater is fitted, but not tight, which I really appreciate. Plus, it’s blue and striped, so how can I say no?

Verdict: Keep

J.Crew Essential Wide-sleeve T-shirt, White Lucia, XS

I don’t know about this one. The shirt is comfortable, and I like how it looks when I roll up the sleeves and tuck it in. I know it looks a little big on me, but it’s actually supposed to look a little oversized (looking at the site). The only thing I’m a little iffy about is the color. In person, it’s a little more purple than blue. I think I may try to return it, but I think I passed the return window. If is has though, that’ll be fine because I’ll definitely get use out of the top if I keep it.

Verdict: Undecided.

J.Crew Bennet Unstructured Leather Loafers, Warm Sepia, Size 6

I’m in love with these loafers. Since they’re unstructured, they have no lining and basically mold to your feet. So there’s no break in period, just immediate comfort. I love this pair so much, I already ordered them in the navy blue!

Verdict: Keep, I love them so much!

J.Crew Block-heel Slingback Pumps, Liberty® Blue White, Size 6

I have nowhere to wear these and I don’t care, I’m in love. The print is adorable and these are surprisingly comfortable! (I know that they don’t look it though.) Again, while I don’t have anywhere to wear them right now, I’m sure I’ll find an occasion to do so (or I’ll make up an occasion).

Verdict: Keep!

J.Crew Classic Tab Loafers, Liberty® print, Size 6

I can’t decide if I love these or if I’m just meh about them. They fit great and I love the print, but I just can’t decide if I love the print on a loafer. It could be a lot of fun with the right outfit though. I don’t know! What do you think?

Anthropologie Pilcro Ryanne Open Back Sweatshirt, Icy Storm, XS

Let’s get this out of the way, I plan on wearing a bodysuit under this sweater, but I was too lazy to actually put it on. Also, I know this isn’t J.Crew, but I wanted to review this sweatshirt and I was ready to do it now. So this sweater is so cozy and comfortable, I don’t know how anyone could resist it. The cut is a little weird when you wear it with the open back, but it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. I also think it looks very cute with the open back in front….if I were to have the bodysuit on, haha. I could probably get this in one size smaller, but I don’t know if it’ll shrink after getting washed.

Verdict: Keep
