It’s time for another round of talking about readers’ favorite clothing pieces! This month felt a little discombobulated, but before we talk about that, let’s talk about what this post is first.
Every month, I like to look back and share what clothing pieces you and other readers of this blog either bought the most of or clicked on the most last month.
But how do I figure that out? Feel free to skip this part if you’re a returning reader, or a blogger yourself. Well, one of the way that I make money through my blog is through affiliate links. Which means that every time you click on a link to a piece of clothing and/or buy it, the affiliate company I work with tracks it. It also tracks all of the clothing that are bought through those links. I love it because it lets me see which items you guys love the most! Then, I can share it with you! Would you like to hear more about this process? Let me know and I can do a whole post about how it works!
Now, back to February’s favorites.
The clothing pieces that you guys loved last month felt like they were all over the place at first. Until I looked at them a little more closely and realized that they fell into three distinct buckets: J.Crew, L.L. Bean, and random Dana favorites (i.e. Natori bras, Jack Rogers Ankle Boots, and my Old Navy Sculpt Jeans).
Can you guess which piece everyone loved the most though?
The J.Crew Double-breasted sweater-blazer
I can’t even blame you! I was so intrigued with this item myself! After all, it’s such a cute concept and a fun twist on a regular blazer. If you were to get this jacket, I think it would look best buttoned closed, but it may also look cute partially opened.
Wearing it to work?
I would love this in the summer with a white pencil skirt or white pants. It would also work really well with anything yellow or cognac.
Wear it now.
Want to wear it now? Pair it with your favorite pair of jeans on the weekend with a pair of ankle boots. If you need it for work, then find a pair of semi matching navy pants and make it look they’re they’re supposed match.
Don’t forget to shop my other favorites from the list!

J.Crew Scalloped cami top
I’m obsessed with this cami. I have it in 4 or 5 different colors and it’s perfect for date night during the summer.
Natori Feathers Underwire Contour Bra
I’m obsessed with these bras. They’re the bras that you never knew you needed in your life, and can’t get rid of them once you have them.
Jack Rogers Women’s Marianne Boot
Aren’t these booties adorable? I saved up so many Nordstrom notes for these booties 3 years ago and it was totally worth it. Of course, now they’re all over Amazon and marked down. So snatch up a pair for yourself!
L.L.Bean Signature Cotton Fisherman Sweater
Don’t these sweaters look so cozy and warm? There’s a reason they’re a top seller at L.L. Bean! (Also, the end of the season is the perfect time to stock up on sweaters for next year.)
L.L.Bean Women’s Cotton Ragg Camp Socks,Two-Pack
When I had to stock up on new socks, L.L. Bean was where I turned to. These socks are so warm and the best option a girl can have.
L.L.Bean The Authentic Duck Boot
Curious (or hesistant) about duck boots? Lucky for you, I wrote a WHOLE post about them!
Old Navy High-Rise Rockstar Built-In-Sculpt Jeans for Women
These jeans are amazing. They basically suck everything in (in the best possible way) and yet they’re SO COMFORTABLE. Plus, they’re Old Navy, so you know they’re affordable.
J.Crew Striped cape-scarf
This is my second cape-scarf and I’m loving it. This one is a little more lightweight in comparison to the one below, but it’ll be perfect for the spring.
J.Crew Plaid cape-scarf
I’m in love with cape-scarves now. I even wrote a whole post about it.
