Especially right now. I don’t know about you, but I feel like girls are seriously having a moment. I mean, we’ve always been having a moment (let’s be real) but I feel like everywhere I look, it’s all about girls and girl power…and I love it!

Why do I love being a girl? Because it means that I have role models from Michelle Obama to Sophia Amoruso to the OG Oprah to look to. Because it means that I can take charge and carve out my own path in life. Because it means that I can do whatever I want and whatever I put my mind to. Because it means that I can do all that in my highest pair of heels and mascara or sneakers and a tee. It’s all up to me.
