Do Something Good
It’s the last week of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, but that doesn’t mean the fight stops there. For kids who are diagnosed, this is something that they fight every day and they need your help to keep fighting too. I’ve devoted quite a few years of my life helping St. Jude and my love for them is going to keep going strong.
So I would like you to take a minute to stop and think. What cause are you devoted to? What do you do to support it?
On Something Good
- Things I love: Union Market and this Vera Bradley bag
- Do you make goals in the Fall? I talked about a few of mine here.
- Finding some inexpensive goodies on the SheIn site
- An outfit for (almost) all seasons!
Read Something Good
The Girl in the Spider’s Web by David Lagercrantz (continuing for Stieg Larsson)
Shopping Time
- First things first, please tell me you signed up for Ebates. You get cash back when you shop online, so it’s kind of a no-brainer.
- Just ordered this sweater and my fingers are crossed that it’s excellent!
- Finally figured out my size for this skirt and I love it!
- I’m such a sucker for waffle knit and this off the shoulder sweater combo is swoon worthy. This one looks super cozy too.
- This suede skirt is under $30! Get it now 🙂
- This dress not only would be perfect for work, but it looks so comfortable!
- I love how comfortable this Leith dress is, but I’m iffy about the neck. Help!
- Hi. Want/need.
- Speaking of boots, I’m selling a pair of OTK boots on ebay!
Around the Internet
- This is an amazing photo series and it’s so refreshing to see the truth behind perfect instagrams.
- I love reading about different Disney movie theories. Especially Beauty and the Beast ones.
- Have you listened to Ryan Adam’s 1989 album yet?
- I never thought it would be so interesting to watch hair grow.
- Is it easy to get your picture taken at London Fashion Week? Yes. Is it easy to get your picture on to the blogs? Maybe not.
- Historically accurate Disney princesses. It’s amazing how much research was put into these drawings.
- Mermaid economy. It’s a real thing.
