Do Something Good (this holiday season)
Instead of gift guides this year, I decided to instead focus on gifts that give back. So far I’ve shared Shop Compliment, Stone & Cloth, and Alex and Ani. There are still more to come, but for now I would love if you took some time to check out these brands and see how you can support them and their causes.
Also, you’ve probably heard me talk about getting cash back when you spend online, but wouldn’t it be better if you could also donate some of that cash back to a charity? With Wynk and Giving Assistant you can do just that. Both are set up so a portion of your cash back will automatically go back to a charity in need. If you’re a little wary or have questions about either, please let me know! I’m ready to answer any questions!

Shopping Time
- I love drinking tea and in turn love tea accessories, like this mug or this on the go bottle
- I’m on the hunt for a jewelry stand and I can’t choose what to get! I like how modern tthis one is, but I also love the tree shape of this one.
- Love my vest from earlier this week but not the price? This version at Old Navy is incredibly similar (and much more wallet friendly)
- Anyone else seriously impressed with the pieces Forever 21 has been coming out with lately?
- As much as I love blanket scarves (I really really do), I also love infinity scarves.
- When you really like something, you buy it in multiple colors.
- Has anyone tried a faux-leather skirt? Should I try it?
Around the Internet
- Do you have a morning ritual? Here are some suggestions to get you started!
- The Watermelon Skirt (and why I respect Jenna Lyons even more than I did before, if that was even possible).
- Yes, you need a budget and here’s a tool to help you.
- There’s finally a way to escape the evil group text.
- Weapons of Mass Instruction.
- Let’s compare people’s Tinder photos with their LinkedIn photo. Who would you rather date?
