Do Something Good
If you didn’t notice from my instagram last night, I’m a little tired this week and I’ve spent most of the week fighting being really tired. However, the idea I’m sharing today is perfect for those weeks and a fun way to change your mind set. This idea was inspired by one of my younger sorority sisters who absolutely amazed me. Instead of spending her 21st birthday how people normally do, she decided to take it upon herself to spend her birthday doing 21 good deeds for other people. These deeds ranged from putting some extra cash in someone’s parking meter to helping out a friend in need. Really, the possibilities were endless. While I’m not saying that you need to spend every birthday following her lead, why not make sure that every day, you find a way to do something good for someone else that day?
