Do Something Good
I talked about it on Sunday, but in case you missed it, this week was Banned Books Week! It’s a week we come together to celebrate freedom in reading and embrace those authors who have to deal with censorship. It’s something that a lot of us don’t think about it now, unless we get embroiled in some sort of banning debacle, but it’s still a cause we can help year round.
The American Library Association Office of Intellectual Freedom offers a number of resources that can help you support your favorite books and authors. From participating in a read out video to activity ideas, there are so many ways you can get involved.
