Do Something Good
It’s almost warm enough for playground weather! I don’t know about you, but I loved visiting the playground near my house as a kid. My favorite thing was definitely the swings…actually my favorite thing is still the swings.
What’s my point? Well, some kids unfortunately don’t have access to a local playground which is really disappointing. Luckily, KaBOOM provides resources for communities so they can be guided through the steps of building a playground in their neighborhood. From organizing volunteers to playground construction they help your community through every step of the process. I love the idea that this organization has found a way to bring something so basic to every child’s life.

Shopping Time
- I really don’t shop online anymore unless I can get cash back when I shop (it makes me feel like I’m getting an added discount). One of my favorite sites to do that with is Giving Assistant> I’ve been using them for months now and they’ve been great to work with. Sign up (using my referral link) and save a little more money when you shop.
