When I shared this leopard skirt on Monday, I promised I would show you how to re-mix it. So here we are! I was a little nervous about putting this post together, but as I started putting more outfits together, I started having more fun with it. And, I started coming up with more outfit ideas! I ending up limiting this post to three outfits (including Monday’s post), but get excited, because I’m pretty sure that there are more outfits coming your way!
Four Ways to Style a Leopard Skirt
Work Appropriate
We already went over this one on Monday, but this skirt is great for work! You can pair it with a short sleeve black shirt or a long one to keep it a little modest. In terms of shoes, I’ll go for either my black or white shoes. If I want to go with neutral, then I have to go for my shade of nude. I can’t pair tan or cognac shoes with this skirt though because it really clashes with the colors in this skirt.
Super Casual
Is there anything a jean jacket doesn’t go with? Seriously! This outfit was the easiest to put together because I just had to grab my wardrobe workhorses: jean jacket, white tee, my black purse, and a pair of converse! I almost felt like this was cheating though, because I could really put this combination with any pair of shorts or skirts though and it would look great.
Casual Date Night
Sometimes you have to take the white tee up a bit. This white tee is actually a textured so in person, it actually looks nicer in person. The knot tie in front also makes it a little more fun too (perfect for date night). By adding in a cute pair of flat sandals I’m able to walk around and have fun on the date though. I don’t have to worry about my heels hindering my activity. A cobalt blue purse is the perfect pop of color to add to this outfit!
A Fancy Date Night
This was actually the outfit I had in mind when I first purchased this skirt! A cute little black cami and my single strap pair of black heels. Simple and perfect for date night. If I decide to mix it up during the summer, I may even sub out a white cami to soften the look a little bit. Other ways to change up the look? Pull up your hair and add a long delicate necklace.
How else do you think I should style this skirt? I’d love to hear your suggestions!
