Do Something Good

A short, but sweet one today, that I found on twitter and I absolutely love! Mari Copeny is buying copies of The Hate You Give and Modern Her Story for children in Flint, Michigan (Flint Kid’s Read) and helping to pass them out!

You might have heard of Mari before. Also known as “Little Miss Flint”, Maria is an 11 year old activist who became famous after writing a letter to President Obama and convincing him to come visit Flint, Michigan and see the Flint Water Crisis upfront.

Now, she’s putting her work behind Flint Kid’s Read, so go out and support her! The easiest way to do so is to visit her Amazon page and purchase one of the books off of the list for the kids of Flint, Michigan. It’s so easy, you don’t have an excuse not to!
