Did June actually happen? I’m going to go with no, because I’m pretty sure that I wrote my blogger style two ways and budget post last week. But here we are and I’m excited to share another link up from Anne and I!
This post is actually kind of funny because I receive this shirt from Everlane last month and I shared it in a reviews post. Now, I may have read this wrong, but I’m pretty sure that Anne liked that top so much that she went out and got it herself!
And that is how Anne and I end up with the same wardrobe. I buy things off of her blog and she buys things off of mine. Or we buy completely on our own, post about it, and then realize we bought the same thing.
Now on to more important things!
Everlane Top c/o
Joe’s Jeans Skinny Jeans (Less expensive similar pair, similar)
J.Crew Factory Block Heels (Super similar, similar)
How to Style Your Everlane Japanese GoWeave V-Neck Tee
Wouldn’t this look be great for the Fourth of July? I could see it working perfectly if you have somewhere a little nicer to go or want to be a little dressier. But what’s really great about this top is how versatile it actually is and how many ways it can be styled.
For Work
The whole reason I actually wanted the Everlane Japanese GoWeave V-Neck Tee was for work! It looks great paired with slim fitted ankle pants or with joggers. But what’s even better is that it can be tucked into a pencil skirt to balance out a fitted bottom.
Paired with Shorts
Now, this one might seem a little unexpected, but this top works really well with shorts. It can dress up your look, but it doesn’t make you look too overdressed.
For Brunch and Family Events
An outfit like this would be perfect for a brunch date or a family event. I was debating pairing them with a nude heel, but then I remembered I have these gold heels! They make the look even more fun and take it up a notch. If heels aren’t your thing, a gold sandal or a denim skirt would work just as well.
Now head over to Anne’s post and see how she styled her top!
