Three things: First is Trello. I took the Think Creative Collective‘s Trello course and holy something, my eyes have been opened. It’s helped me so much with organization and actually getting things done. The second is books. Vague, right? I just feel like I’ve read so many good ones lately that I don’t want to pick just one! (Here are some recent reads if you’re curious and let me know if you want to follow me on Goodreads: In Twenty Years, Eligible, and Along the Infinite Sea). Finally, I got a few pairs of Old Navy Active-wear shorts to wear when I’m walking around (it’s too hot for leggings) and they’ve been a life saver. Plus, they’re so comfortable.

Master Chef (and anxiously awaiting Master Chef Jr.’s return). After falling in love with Master Chef Jr., I decided to start watching Master Chef. It doesn’t have all of the charm of Master Chef Jr (aka no little kids), but I’ve really enjoyed watching it and seeing all of the things they have to put together. Also, I love Christina Tosi, so I’m not going to say no to a chance to watch her.

Every cities new and old to me. It’s my month of travelling to cities new and old to me. This past weekend I went up NYC, tomorrow I head to Charleston, and in a week or so I’m off to Alaska. This first two are ones I’ve been to before, but that doesn’t mean that I’m not going to explore the city and find new places to see! In Alaska, everything will be new to me and I can’t wait to see what Juneau has to offer.

Mostly blog posts right now, if I’m being honest. Because of all of the travelling, I’ve been trying to get all of my content set so I don’t have to worry about it during my trips or start rushing to get things done once I get back. I do miss DIY-ing and cooking though, so I hope to dive back into both of those in September.

So much ice cream! Between discovering Halo, visiting the Museum of Ice Cream this past weekend, and all of the ridiculous summer heat, I’ve been eating ice cream like it’s my job.
