It’s the return of the magical scarf! It’s moments like these that I wait half the year for, friends. The weather is chilly (or rather just cold) enough that I can break out the cape scarves! And even better, Anne is joining me to show you a second way to style it!

A Cape Scarf Two Ways
I’d like to think that I influenced Anne into wearing this accessory (or maybe it was the reverse and I’m just thinking a lot of myself here).
My History with this scarf
I got one last year before my trip to Europe and I was obsessed! It’s truly the perfect piece to have for trips because they act as a scarf, but also a sweater/shawl. When you’re traveling, anything that can do double duty is a must.
But it’s also just great for every day wear! I love wearing it to work as a scarf in the cold, but then switching it to a shawl to keep me warm in the office.
Another Topic I Can’t Forget: The Boots!
Oh my gosh, I NEED to talk about these boots! As many of you know, I’ve been a fan of Everlane for years. Basically, since their t-shirt days (which was almost the beginning). When they started creating the Italian Loafers, I fell in love. I didn’t realize it was possible for me to own Italian Leather and it felt so nice! But when they came out with their day boots last year, all I could think was, I love these, but when are the knee high boots coming? That’s what Everlane really needs!
The Everlane Knee-High Boots are finally here
And oh my gosh, they’re everything I could have dreamed of. They’re smooth buttery leather and oh so soft. Also, they’re so comfortable to walk in. They were truly worth the wait. Now, I will admit, they are definitely pricey, but I believe that they’re worth saving up for. Want more proof (or at least proof in my opinion? On the sales page, Everlane does a full price breakdown of what you could have paid at other retailers for boots of these quality and it always shocks me.
So definitely give these boots a chance, I promise you won’t regret it!
But while you’re deciding about that, go check out Anne’s post to see how she styled hers (remember how we were talking about that earlier?).
