Do Something Good
Who knew lipstick could be revolutionary?
Besides making you feel bolder and giving you more confidence, it’s also standing for Beautycounter’s mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. In honor of Beautycounter’s 6th anniversary, they’ve created Beautycounter Red Color Intense Lipstick. It’s a bright red lipstick to help remind you of their mission to advocate for more health protective laws in the personal care industry.
It’s actually incredibly disturbing once you realize how little the FDA actually regulates beauty products and the ingredients that go into them. Yes, the things that you put on your face and soak into your skin.
I plan to go into more detail about this on Monday’s post, but for now, I just wanted to share the lipstick with you and how such a small thing can represent something so large. If you love the color (or want something to help you be a little bolder), pick up the lipstick for yourself now! If you also buy a second for a friend, you can save $10 off your purchase. Then both of you can go forward, a little bolder together.
