If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off for the past few weeks. It’s meant that I have really only had one day a week where I can cook a proper meal and live off of it’s leftovers for dinner for the rest of the week. When I first heard about it, I figured it was similar to all of the other easy to make, frozen dinners. Honestly, I wasn’t going to bother spending my money on because it was all easy things that I could make myself. When I looked at the product line though, I realized that not only was I very wrong, but I was also really impressed! There was a Save-A-Lot right not too far from my apartment, so I was able to run over and pick up a few things from their line.
America’s Choice Creations offers delicious products like crab cakes and honey bourbon salmon! This was actually a really big draw for me since I love crab cakes and salmon, but don’t like cooking them, so I only ever eat them when I go out for dinner. Plus, their line actually isn’t limited to frozen foods. They also have a number of pre-made desserts, like chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter brownies. What I really loved though was that the other night when I had nothing ready for dinner, I was able to just pop the salmon into the oven and then just steamed some vegetables on my own for the side dish. It was a delicious dinner and I had some cookies on the side for dessert.
