Do Something Good
Something a little different this week, but fun to share. Aerie always manages to impress me with how much ahead of the rest of the industry they are. They’ve stopped retouching their models in photographs, they’ve started photographing women of all sizes, shapes, and colors, and they have been strong supporters of the National Eating Disorders Association (an organize that helps prevent and treat eating disorders).
Now, they have taken their next stride and introduced their line of Aerie Real Me inclusive nude underwear. This nude underwear doesn’t leave anyone out. It gives every women the opportunity to find the shade of nude that actually applies to them and makes them feel the most comfortable. Now at aerie, no longer does one shade of nude refer to one specific shade of tan. Every woman can now find the shade that’s perfect for them.
