Another day, another Old Navy order. I just couldn’t resist trying some of these things on, especially this Old Navy plaid vest. Of course there’s no way I’m going to try things on without sharing them with you.
Old Navy Quilted Vest for Women, XSP
This Old Navy plaid vest made me so sad. Why? Well it fit perfectly. Normally that would be great, but the colors weren’t what I was expecting. Online it looked like a mix of reds, blues, and greens. But in person it’s just red and green. It looked like walking Christmas. If you love Christmas then this vest is perfect for you. Sadly, red and green just isn’t my favorite color combination.

Old Navy Ponte-Knit Polka-Dot Shift Dress, XSP
This dress was so darn cute. Like, way cuter than I expected it to be. It fit perfectly, though it may have been a touch too short. I sent the dress back because I wasn’t sure if I would wear it to work, but now that I’m looking at it, I’m kind of thinking about reordering it…
Verdict: Return…for now.
Old Navy Ponte-Knit Boat-Neck Fit & Flare Dress, XSP
I loved this dress in black. It was so classy and the boatneck combined with the fit and flare was the perfect combination. You can easily dress this dress up for the holidays. This dress runs a little small though and I would actually order this in the regular sizing for a little more length. The hem just hit the wrong part of my leg and it just felt too short. It was also a little too tight in the neck and upper arms. It’s currently sold out in a regular XS, but I’ll be watching it in case it comes back.

Same as above, but for stripes! Too short, but the stripes were overall too overwhelming. I don’t think I would even order this in regular sizing.

Old Navy Tartan Twill D’Orsay Flats, 6
Shoes time! The best time, haha. First, Old Navy has gotten much better about their shoe sizing. These fit much better and I loved that the straps were adjustable. The plaid was perfect (why couldn’t this plaid be the one on the vest?). The only thing I’m iffy about is the studs. I’m thinking of taking some black nail polish to the studs on the straps and covering them up, but what do you think? Should I just keep them there?
Verdict: Keep, but maybe alter?
