Normally when it’s Cherry Blossoms season, I run as far away from downtown DC as possible. The crowds, the allergies, it’s too much for my little self to handle.

But this year, I kind of wanted to take some pictures at the cherry blossoms. And then I remembered something, not ALL of the cherry blossoms are on the mall. Win! I found a few great trees on Capitol Hill and Heather and I got to work taking pictures. I have to admit, I’m in love with how they turned out. If I could use this background all of the time, I would.
I also have apologize, because these shoes are already sold out! I’m sure they’ll come back in stock (they came back this season) so keep stalking them. I’m getting close to having to replace my other leopard print flats, so I went on the look out for a new pair. I barely started looking before I stumbled across these! I haven’t had good luck with J.Crew Factory shoes before, but this pair is perfect. If they come back in stock (I’ll watch for you too), you need to get a pair immediately!
