I know I keep telling myself I don’t need more sweaters, but I couldn’t help it. I had to get this breton sweater!

If you haven’t caught on at this point, I’m regularly checking Everlane’s site. When I came across this breton sweater in their new arrivals section, I almost instantly reached out to the team to see if I could try it out. It does not disappoint! I loved the slits up the side which allows the sweater to be long but not constricting. Also, the slit doesn’t go to high, so the sweater stays pretty modest. Plus, it didn’t stretch out between wears. I’ve already added it into rotation and it’s been great for the chilly overcast days.
How was your weekend? My plans for Saturday ended up getting cancelled, but it was so beautiful outside that I couldn’t waste the day. I ended up going on an 11 mile walk around DC. I then spent all of Sunday limping, haha. It was worth it though. I’ve never gone up to the Arlington National Cemetery before and ended up walking through there. For those of you who are thinking I’m pretty morbid right now, this is actually the cemetery where many presidents plus members of the military are buried. It’s an honor to be buried there for these men and women. It was somewhere I had always put off going to (I don’t really know why), but I’m glad I ended up finally getting to see it. The rest of my weekend was spent at pure barre and getting some work done over here.
But now it’s Monday again and it’s time to jump back into work!
