If you see me with headphones stuck in my ears lately, I’m probably listening to a podcast. I love podcasts and I keep finding more to listen to (in fact my iphone keeps telling me that I’m running out of space).
Podcasts are perfect for traveling though, so I’ve rounded up SOME of my favorite podcasts for traveling here (yes, there are more). I also included a “bump” section with a second podcast that’s along the same lines as the first. If you’re looking for a few to keep you entertained during your winter traveling, download a few of these and let me know what you think!
PS If podcasts aren’t your thing, I’ll be back with my favorite audiobooks tomorrow.
Gilmore Guys
2 guys, one who loves Gilmore Girls and one who’s never seen it. Trust me, you’ll love it.
Bump: Best of Friends Podcast
(for those who are more into Friends than Gilmore Girls) or
Afterbuzz – Once Upon a time
(for those who love Once Upon a Time as much as I do).
Pop Culture Happy Hour
Your weekly pop culture update! They cover everything from books to movies to TV. Plus, they have some fun guests from all over the NPR world on.
Bump: Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me
Personally, I think that this is the best and most entertaining way to get the past week’s news.
The Lively Show
Inspirational and life changing, Jess interviews some of your favorite blogs, authors, and life gurus.
Bump: Happier by Gretchen Rubin
Bros Watch PLL Too
2 guys watching Pretty Little Liars (yes, this two guys thing is apparently a theme). However, these guys have given me an insight and a new appreciation for the show that I didn’t expect at all.
Bump: Headcanon
Same guys, but talking about different movie franchises. Perfect for PLL season breaks.
Overdue
2 guys and all of the books you should have read by now.
Bump: Book Riot
For all of your bookish news and book recommendations.
Woman of the Hour
This podcast is everything I wanted Lena’s first book to be. Even though it’s only a few episodes, I hope she comes back for more.
Bump: Slumber Party with Alie and Georgia.
Not for everyone, but I love it and listening to them always cheers me up.
